Two arrivals today, first a MRRC McLaren M23 body kit, this comers with the red paint already applied to the main body and ther airbox.



Second arrival is a 1/32nd scale resin Austin Mini Van which will need some internal parts removing before it can be converted to a slot car.

Received a pair of 40 ohm Airfix controllers.

Today I received a new old stock Parma Womp Womp Home Set boxed Ford Sierra slot car with vac body.

Received an incomplete Champion C set today, mainly just the track. I bought this set to get the included accessory pack, 6 sets of carbon motor brushes and 5 packs of the original gauze type pick-up braids.

Today received a Fly Porsche 917K in Martini livery.

Received a Revell Aston Martin DB5 today. Although a runner it needed a little work and I have replaced the rear tyres and had to change the braids as those fitted were way to thick and heavy for the car to stay in the slot. I have also, like with the Revell E-Type, had to add a spacer under the pickup guide to stop it de-slotting on parts of the Monte layout.

Porsche 917 LH with decals for all 4 cars at LM 1969



Porsche 550A LM 1956 cars 24 or 25



Triumph Spitfire with decals for 3 of the 4 cars from LM 1965 although the numbers are included to do the 4th car.

Received a Revell Ferrari 250 GTO today, this is a ready to run version with the plastic chassis. It needed a small bit of work to get it running ok but is now work quite well.

Quiet day but I did receive my decals for the Airfix Porsche 917K kit from Le Mans Decals. I will be building this as the car driven by Redman on 4th April 1970 at the Le mans test.
