Received 2 post deliveries today within a hour of each other and the second delivery had a parcel for me.

A Scalextric Castrol Jaguar Group C car.


And another of the white and red Jaguars.


I found the parcel by the door when I was going out to collect a couple of cars I had won on eBay.

A Racer Sideways BMW M1 Group 5 car.


And a NSR Ford P68.


Both have been used in the past for club racing.
While I was there I also bought another NSR P68.


So quite a busy day for cars and a vey busy week in total.

I came up with a cunning plan for doing a chassis for the Arii Subaru 360 but not sure it will work.

Recived a box of kit from HobbyLink Japan today, all 1/32nd scale.
Three Arii kits, 2 which I already have..
A standard 1950 VW Beetle kit with the read body

and another VW Beetle police car with the white body.


The final Arii kit is a Subaru 360 Racing which is very small.


There were also 2 Atlantis kits.
A '71 Pontiac Firebird


and a '56 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz which is quite an old kit with the body in multiple parts.


The final kit is by Aoshima and is a Snap Kit Nissan R33 Skyline GT-R.


All very likely to be turned in to slot cars.

Two deliveries today,
The first came from Pendle's with a Fly Ford GT40 from Le mans 1967


The second came from France via eBay,
A red Porsche 917LM with the original narrow rear tyres

and a blue Porsche 917LM this one fitted with the wider rear tyres.

Treated myself to a mini lathe.

Received this very nice Mercedes 300SL from the Corgi Model Club today.

Decided to start building the Revell Ford Fairlane Sunliner kit. This dates back to 1956 so the body is in 5 parts and you really need to build it up from the chassis which isn't really an option for a slot car body.

With came a Vintage Cox 1/32nbd scale chassis and motor, just missing the rear bushes

Printed 2 3D chassis today, both designed by Johnny's Workshop, one to suit the Super Shells Ferrari 158 and the other to fix the SCX COT Nascar's.

Finally got around to fitting the headlight lens on the 1/24th scale Monogram Porsche 904GTS.
