Thought this would be ann easy job to remove the magnet as the chassis is just held in place by 3 screws but then I had to remove the fourth screw behind the rear axle to remove the rear wing and airbox. I was then able to get to the magnet but still could not remove it, I had to unclip the motor which was not held in that tightly and then unclip the rear axle on one side and flex the chassis to unclip the magnet. Once put back together and ran on the track the front on the car was bouncing all over the place. On close inspection I found that both front wheels had large mould injection blobs on them, see the last photo. Once this had been cut and sanded away the car was running a lot better.
