This car is a battery power 'slot car' which you just turn on and it is designed to run on a roadway slot track with steering front wheels. The track guide system is missing but otherwise appears to be complete. The car uses a small 3 volt cube motor which could be replaced with a 12 volt one.
The body would appear to be based on the 1965 Mk2 version of the GT40 as raced at Daytona. Although the car is supposed to be 1/32nd scale the length comes on nearer to 1/36 scale and even then the wide is still some 2mm or so under size as can been seen in the last three photos.
