This model started out as a home set Parma Ford Sierra but has now been re-bodied with a Betta vac form Porsche 917K body which has been painted red to represent the Parma 917K I had in the early 1970's. It has also been fitted with urethane rear tyres to replace the original foam ones. The original Ford Sierra details can be found here.

For the moment this car is back on it's original sponge tyres that aren't in the best of condition with a few splits.
